changing custody

my daughter is almost 17 years old she wants to move in with me.she is tired of her mother verbally abusing her an putting bad things about me in her head.her mother kept me and her apart for almost 10 years and now she is talking about moving to another state and filing a petition to keep her away from me on my court ordered visitation on my weekends.because she does not want us to have any kind of a relationship.she is jealous of our relationship and wants to put a stop to it.i have my daugter for spring break and she keeps telling me she does not want to go home.she has asked us what we would do if she showed up on our doorstep and when we told her we would have to return her to her mom she just started crying.

You need to file a Petition to Modify. Absent circumstances not presented in your posting, the court will probably grant a change.
