Legal guardianship of a child places the guardian in the shoes of a parent. Given the limited facts you've shared, it would appear that if a legal guardianship exists over your child, the guardian could prevent the child from moving. This would not prevent you from moving unless there existed guardianship over you as well.

If you wish to terminate the guardianship, you could ask your parents to do so. They would then need to submit a request to the court to do so. Otherwise, you would have to consider petitioning the court to terminate it.

Keep in mind that just because you petition the court, does not mean the guardianship will be terminated. The court will look to what would be in the best interests of the child. Only after a full review of this matter could a better over view be given.
