If the child is over 21 and attending college is the parent still suppose to pay child support? and if not are the responable for college tuition?

If the child is over 21 and attending college is the parent still suppose to pay child support?

No

and if not are the responable for college tuition? Yes, if ordered by the court before 21 now, or before 19 after June 30, 2012.
