At what age does a child have the right to choose which parent they want to live with, and does it matter if there is a younger sibling involved?

Re: child custody
A child never has an absolute right to choose. Rather, after age 14 his or her preference is a major factor in who is granted custody. The fact that there is a younger sibling is a factor as there is a preference of keeping siblings together.
