Child Custody
My brother will be getting out of prison soon and his family is needing to hire an attorney to help his custody battle. --name removed--little brief backgound- My brother was on work release and violated his work release so he went to prison while he was on work release the mother of his two children signed over legal guarninship to her brother in OK because she wasn't stable enough to raise the children. My brother is getting out soon and we need to know where to file--name removed--immediate visitaion hearing in Indiana or Oaklomoa? He was in work release and prison and never once signed anything giving anybody legal guarninship. The mother did back in Jan. 07 Right now the mother is living in OK but there's--name removed--chance that she could come back to Indianapolis because she has 2 daughters from--name removed--previous marriage here in Indianapolis. My brothers children we're born in Indianapolis, and my brother is planning on living in Indianapolis when he gets out.
