If someone was to get busted with a meth lab and charged with neglect of a dependent legally should they have unsupervised visitation?

Your repeated posts give the impression that a court already granted unsupervised weekend visitation. You really need to consult with your attorney. If you do not have one, you should hire one and discuss the entire situation, not just the court's ruling. Since apprently the judge ruled that she can, unless the ruling is corrected, set aside or reversed upon appeal, they can have supervised visitation.
