child custody

can a father of a 1yr old boy ask for his custody as not yet divorced but staying separate his wife is well educated like him and is harrasing him and not allowing him to meet the child all though he is a good man,can indian law help ahonest man and stop this lady from taking advantage of being a woman

As per law you can't get the custody of one year old child because that chaild need mother more than the fater.

However you have right to visit and enjuoy with the boy.

You can not file a petition for custody of the child but can resist the mother illegal activities by approaching proper court.
