I have a child with someone in Indiana, can I carry that child to Mississippi without her permission?

If paternity has not been established absolutely not. If paternity has been established and your parenting time order allows for out of state travel, yes. Howeveer, every parenting time order that I have ever seen requires notification to the other parent and contact information.
