Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

child custody modification

my daughter's father is trying again to take custody and i have just recently moved out of state(from illinois to indiana) not knowing i had to have the court's permission, the father knew before we had moved and had no objections. i do not have a lawyer to represent me this time around and have no clue what to say/do or how to file motions i will need or what motions to file. will be grateful for any information. thank you

Your situation is far too complicated and there is way too much at stake for this kind of forum. My advice is get yourself an attorney asap!
