Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

child custody

I am taking my ex to court after 12 yrs of divorce to get a child support order instated for our 3 children (15, 17 & 19). He makes twice($22/ hr) as much as I do. He is now threatening me with fighting for custody of the 15 & 17 yr olds if I don't sign a paper his lawyer drew up only giving me $50/ wk child support. He claims he can prove me unfit but won't say how. I don't do drugs, never had dui's or law issues, no sleeping around on current husband & go to church occasionally, have good, clean home; transportation, etc. No money for an attorney. Do I really need to be worried or is this just a browbeating tactic on his part. kids would state that they want to live with me either full time or most of the time. Also am I entitled to back support?

Re: child custody

Sounds like he is browbeating. However, be advised that a child of 15 and 17 can say who they want to live with, and a court will usually follow their request, so if thsoe kids say they want to live with the ex, you could have a problem.
