child custody and visitation
my ex husband and i have always gotten along great until his new girlfriend came along. he now wants to fight me for full custody of our two children. he is on call 24/7 and works for the railroad so on his visitation his girlfriend always has our children. recently she called me and threatened not to give me back the kids. i did call the police but they wouldnt do anything cause it was his visitation at his house. when i did get them back my oldest was terrified to go back to her dads because of his girlfriend(she heard everything she said to me) i tried to file a protective order but it was not granted because there was not any physical or sexual abuse. i would like to know what i can say in a petition to modify decree of dissolution of marriage as to visitation so that he has to be present during his visitation and/or the children returned to me if he is called in to work. i also would like to request that she not be present during visitation due to the way my children are feeling.
