Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

child custody visitation rights

the mother of my child is trying to get me to sign an agreement for visitation she made up herself and is saying that if i don't sign it she will assume that i don't want any visitation at all. i do not agree with the terms at all. can she do this? would this be considered legally binding? i don't want to have to go to court over this if at all possible.

You will need to go to court. The agreement is not legally binding.
