Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Child Custody

My Ex wife and I have joint custody where the children go every other week to each of our homes. My ex has now moved in (2) men that have been through a ''Work Release'' program from our county jail and are convicted felons. One has been in jail for non-payment of child support and the other I do not know as of yet. Do I have any legal grounds to stop these men from being in the same household as my children while they are there.

The conviction for non-support by itself may not be enough. As you can learn in the article, there are a lot of details to a custody case and this forum is not suitable for that amount of details. You need to see a lawyer.
