My daughters fathers mother is trying to get me to sign a paper so she can insurance but i do not wan to sign it so she said she was going to take me to court to sign it. Can she do that and get custody of my daughter?

You are asking two questions concerning your daughter's grandmother. I have no idea what kind of insurance you ar referring to. Is it life insurance? Is it health insurance? What does that have to do with custody? Has she threatened to seek custody? What does the paper say? Please repost a a clear and concise inquiry.
