Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
I have a child with a lady who I was never married to. My son is 14 and I am current in my child support. My question is: am I required by law to pay for his college. I live in Indiana and my son lives with his mom in Pennsylvania. I do plan on helping with his post high school education but I was just wondering.

If the legal proceedings were in Indiana, and she makes a legal claim in court before the boy turns 21, you may be responsible for some of the college expenses.
