when is my child legealy able to leave home

Child is out of the home at 18, grandmother says im legealy responsible for her til she is 21? is that true

You are liable until 21 for support unless the child is emancipated. That is, living on her own and capable of supporting herself. Sounds like your daughter has left home and you should be talking to an attorney about emancipation.
