Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I had a child with another man while still married. My husband & I haven't lived together in 4yrs. We went to court for child support. All four of us took a dna test. The father of my daughter signed the paternity affidavit in the hospital. Is that legal document now void? Do I have to give him any information about her or visitation until paternity is established?

Is that legal document now void? No, not until a judge says it is.

Do I have to give him any information about her or visitation until paternity is established?

Yes. The plain fact is that he is just as much your daughter's legal parent as you are.
