child moving to live with me

my son lives in wash.state his mother. agreed that he can live with me. after his school yr is done.

but she cant afford an attorney.

and when he lives with me i told my ex.wife. that i dont want child, support from her,she's not working but i am full time. will the courts agree with that?

The court will probably require child support unless you can provide a good reason for deviating from the guidelines. Usually, unemployment by itself is not a sufficient reason. You really need to hire an attorney to push this through. This could probably be done without a hearing. feel free to contact me if you do not already have an ttorney working on this for you.
