Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
Child is 19 and in postsecondary school, all college fees are paid in full by federal grants and scholarships. the student is receiving 3500.00 in refund but the exs attorney still wants noncustodial parent to pay for college expenses plus 71% her car payment her car insurance, home internet, gas to work and home and to school. The child has no obligation to help.
