Child Support & Custoday

Is it possible to sue for custody of a child if you are behind in child support but feel the child is endangered? What rights do grandparents have in this type of situation?

Yes you can. Legally, the two are unrelated. However, practically speaking, the failure to payu child support will cast a shadow over the proceedings.

A grandparent can seek custody under Indiana law.
