Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
Child Support & Custoday
Is it possible to sue for custody of a child if you are behind in child support but feel the child is endangered? What rights do grandparents have in this type of situation?
Please advise.

Yes you can. Legally, the two are unrelated. However, practically speaking, the failure to payu child support will cast a shadow over the proceedings.
A grandparent can seek custody under Indiana law.
