Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

child support

It does not indicate in my divorce decree when child support would end. If my child quits school due to failing, at the age of 18, does support quit then, since he is no longer in school. If he continues until the end of the year, and still does not pass, does it end then, since he is no longer in school. Does it matter if he has or does not have a job? If he is still living at home, with or with out a job? If he quits at 18 and decides to not have a job and live at home does this make a difference? If he quits school and has a job, but remains at home, does this make a difference. Since he is failing his required classes, my son going to college is not in question.

Re: child support

Child support continues untill age 21 unless the non-custodial parent is able to obtain an order of emancipation.
