Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Child support

I am a divorced mother of 2 kids which I am the primary custiodian. My oldest is 19 recently went to stay with her father for the summer. She will start college in a month. He has since stopped paying me child support for her without going thru the court system. I am wanting to know if this is right? And if I should still be getting support for her while she is in college?

Re: Child support

Child support does not end in Indiana until a child is emancipated or turns 21. You are also able to getr college expense contributions in addition to child support.
