Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
Child Support and Extended Parent time Day care expense
My husband is getting his 6 year old son for half the summer (six weeks). Divorce papers indicate that work related daycare expense of $100 is calculated in the child support already. Ex-wife says that the daycare expense will be my husbands responsibility for the 6 weeks we have him, stating that the indiana parenting guidelines say it is our responsibilty while we have him, plus she expects him to continue paying the child support ($97 per week) along with the full expense of having his son full time for six weeks. Is this correct?

This question is a bit complex to answer in this kind of forum. You need to contact an attorney directly. Perhaps, your husband's former divorce attorney should be contacted. Good luck.
