child support
Can you file the child support obligation worksheet without the fathers info if he refuses to disclose it to you. I can't afford an attorney and he says he will only tell the court what he makes.

You need to look for your local courts rules at the Indiana Judiciary Website and see if there are rules about mutual disclosure of financial information. If so, and he wont, ask the court to hold him in contempt. If not, you need to make a request pursuant to the Indiana Trial Rules for the information, or subpoena his work records from his employer.
