Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Child Support in Indiana

I live in Indiana and have a child that is a full time student. On March 10th I went to court to see they can have her DAD help her with the cost of college and the judge told me that I should have done this before she turned 21. Is there any laws that state that he should have to help pay this?

Yes, and to take advantage of it, you have to ask before the child turns 21. There are no exceptions that I know of.
