Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

child support

I have joint custody of my 2 kids ,i pay 145.00 a week. i don't get to see my kids . they say they don't want to see me. in the past my ex wife has done alot to cause problems and turned them against me . i don't feel this is fair that i pay and get no visitation, what can i do to change this? can i have them emancipated. i really don't want to but they just look at me as an open check book and nothing more.

Unless they are in college and completely repudiating you, there is little that you an do in terms of emancipation. However, I suggest that you read the Indiana Parenting Time Guidelines. There is a specific provision concerning your situation. Your remedy is to file for contempt and interference with your parenting time rights.
