Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

child support modification

I have custody of 2 children, 1 has recently graduated from High School and is not planning on going to college. Ex-spouse is wanting to change support and set the amount himself. How do I know how much he should be paying without going to court?

If you know his income and yours, you can calculate it on a child support worksheet.

Re: child support modification

Your post does not indicate where your husband is, or where the children are. NYS law has a straight percentage of total parental income, less FICA, for child support.
