Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I need to have child support modified, but my ex-husband has income that he is not reporting. He has a company car, and other 1099 income. I can not afford an attorney, I lost my job in April of 2009 and just went back to school. I need to know how I can make him show me proof of income?

Go to your local prosecutor's office and sign up for representation to modify support. Tell them what you put in this post and they will pursue it.
