Getting child support modified in illinois

I have been divorced over 4 years now. I have resided in Illinois since Feb 2002. My ex-wife moved in illinos in 2004. Can I file to have my child support modified in illinois. We originally got our divorce in Indana.

DO we both have to agree or can I just file for the Illinois Uniform Interstate

Family Support Act.

You must file in IL since the children live here. Please call for a free consultation.
