Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

If there is a child support order in place, but no visitation set in court, am i breaking the law if i don't allow visitation since its not set?

If you are receiving child support, that means that you have been determined to be the custodial parent. In just about every case, that means that the other party is the noncustodial parent with visitation rights. I suspect you mean that no order has been established with specific dates and times.
