Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Child Support

I am receiving child support for my 18 year old son who is still in school. He just moved out, without letting us know,on his own 1 month ago, but still has a room here and all his stuff in my home. Does the child support I receive go to the child, or am I entitled to it since he still has his belongings here? I'm not sure what Indiana law says on this matter, but am being hounded about it from my son's other parent who is paying the support. My son has yet to notify me as to his plans, so I do not even know if he is coming back or not...Thank you for your time.

Re: Child Support

Until such time as there is a modification or emancipation, child support remains unchanged.
