Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

child support and SSDI

I was court orded to pay $85 a week in child support, 2001. I'm now disabled and receiving SSDI in the amount $1,185 a month. From my disability my 6 y/o daughter now receives $592 a month. I'm current on my support obligations and have a attorney who says there is a formula for figuring my support and I could still have to pay weekly support. My daughters mother earns $35,000 a year. Is this possible?

I hesitate to answer as you have an attorney. The Child Support Guidelines are here: http://www.in.gov/judiciary/rules/child_support/index.html
