Child Support
Stepson is not living with custodian parent and is 18 and getting GED. What can father do about stopping child support?

Father should hire counsel to determine whether a Petition for Emancipation should be filed. Be advised that there are many factors involved in determining emancipation and the fact that you have prevented alone, may not necessarily substantiate an emancipation.
