Child support

How do i stop my child support payments. My daughter is now 23 years old and graduated from college and they are still taking child support payments from my check. How do i get this to stop.

I would call an Indiana divorce attorney and ask him that question.

I agree with Mr. Stilltleburg that you need to contact an Indiana attorney as you can only get child support to stop by presenting a Motion in court. In your circumstance, you may be able to make a claim for the return of the child support that was paid after your child turned 21.
