Child support
Wanted to know how to get my child suuport transferred to another state. Also I now have cusody of my son, what needs to be done?

There is a procedure for this. I think you need to contact an attorney and have them do this for you.

If you are seeking to have another state's court hear the child support modification, you need to register the decree, or support order in that state. You should post this question in the forum for that state, or seek the advice of an attorney.
