child support

can a wife go to court for the final hearing and after child support has already been established before and the husband was out of state at the time of final hearing can she get the support raised by $100 with no verification how much he makes?

You may file petition to set-aside the ex-parte order showing the reasons for your non appearance. It is advisable to consult the attorney/lawyer

Clearly the court accepted her testimony regarding your income, so the answer is yes. If you had a valid reason for not appearing, you may be able to set the order aside.
