child support
About five years ago my ex was awarded joint custody and his support order was dropped because the state was tired of dealing with him. If he only has them on weekends can I take him to court to get child support since he refuses to pay for anything?

Something does not sound right. I have never observed child support being dropped because the state was tired. You should consult an attorney in person and bring a complete copy of the court file.
