Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
When a child turns 18 in Indiana, how does that affect the visitation for the non-custodial parent? The custodial parent now says the 18 year old can do as she pleases since she is an adult. Is that correct?

She is now an adult. She does not have to see or spend time with either parent if she does not wish to do so.
