Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

child visitation

My ex-husand has custody of our 3 children. The stepmother is starting to cause problems with me seeing them. What I want to know is does she have any right to say they can or cannot be with me when I want to get them? She is also got it where when I call the house it is forwarded to her cell phone, therefore, cannot talk to my children. I want to deal with the father of my children, what should I do. Thankyou for your time. Basically what I want to know is can I get it where I talk to my ex-husband not her?

Re: child visitation

This is not an out of the ordinary situation. You need to contact an attorney to file a Petition for contempt.
