Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Child Visitation Law

I live in Indiana and have an Indiana child parenting agreement to have joint custody of my son. My ex and son now live in Tennessee and she will not allow me to see him. She says if I come to Tennessee to try to get my son she will call the police because the Tenn will not uphold the Indiana ruling. My son is 7 years old and I want to try to avoid any confrontations. I have not been able to see him in over a year and she won't let him talk to me on the phone either. What can I do?
