Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Child Visitation

I have sole custody of my 8 year old daughter. Her father has visitation 2 nights per week and every other weekend. While she was with him, her stepmother left her home alone at 5:30 am. I received a call from my daughter she was at the neighbors. I then had to go pick her up at the neighbors. This was 4 days before Christmas. I did deny visitation that night, but resumed regular visitation the next day. Yesterday I arrived at the father's house to drop of medication for my daughter and he had forgotten to pick her up from school. This was the end of the winter break for school and his standard visitation had been modified as a result. We had several discussions regarding the day she was to return to him and he still forgot. I am curious as to if I would have a case if I tried to suspend weekday visitations.
