Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Child visitation and Child support

I have primary custody of my daughter. During her weekend visits, her mother is verbally abusive to her anywhere from calling her a b--ch to telling her she is crazy to she can't come over to visit until she behaves. I contacted CPS and they told lme because it was verbal and not physical they couldn't get involved. Also she is $15,000 behind on child support. Do I have any recourse?

Re: Child visitation and Child support

You can file a Petition asking for supervised parenting time due to the verbal abuse. You can file a Petition for Contempt regarding the child support.
