do children have the right to choose parents

my 14yr old twins daugthers wish to live with me now (the father). Is there a law or statue in indiana that gives a child the say so when they reach a certain age as to which parent they want to live with?

The age at which a judge will LISTEN to what a child wants in terms of where to live is age 14. However, the decision is NOT up to the child. It's up the judge.
