Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Children not going to School

CP has the children enrolled in a Private school against NCP wishes. The kids have went from good grades to D's and F's and 1 is possibly failing 2nd grade now. NCP just learned that both the kids miss school whenever even 1 is sick, they miss to go on a vacation because they ''won'' a hotel, they miss because CP needs to clean her house. Is there anything that can be done to stop all this missing of school? Is this grounds just for a temporary custody reversal? NCP doesnt want kids to be taken away, but doesn't want them missing school and failing either. Thanks!
