Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

A ''child's'' say in child support

My father is in contempt of court for not paying child support for the first time. He and my mother have been at odds with my college tuition and how much he should pay. The thing is, I agree more with my father. Because I'm 20 years old, do I have any say about the child support agreement in a cour of law?

Your question also seems to be about payment of college expenses. If you are paying them yourself, than the court would not be likely to force you to accept money from either parent for contribution to those expenses. Moving out from your mother's home and being financially indepoendent can keep each of them from further responsibility, but if you are not independent of both of them, it is not up to you to decide how the expense of feeding, housing, etc. for you is divided between them.
