Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My childs father is not on the birth certificate, we were never married, but after 4 months of not seeing his daughter at all. He wants to be a part of her life. I would like to move out of state. But if I try I think he will try to take me to court. I am a single mom with no money. What are my options? Does he have any recourse?
