Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
My childs father is not on the birth certificate, we were never married, but after 4 months of not seeing his daughter at all. He wants to be a part of her life. I would like to move out of state. But if I try I think he will try to take me to court. I am a single mom with no money. What are my options? Does he have any recourse?

I am not sure whether I previously answered this question. However, until legal paternity is established either in court or by the use of a paternity affidavit, he has no rights. However, it is relatively easy for him to hire an attorney and obtain rights. I suggest that you consult with an attorney to discuss the specifics of your situation and to map out a strategy.
