My child's father never signed birth certificate in and now wants a DNA testing for visitation one year later. Can I refuse to this testing in Indiana?

You can refuse. However, he can then petition the court for an order requiring you to submit. If it turns out that he is the father, the court may require child support retroactive to the date of birth, plus contribution toward the pregnancy expenses. You should contact a local attorney.
