Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
My childs father is taking me to court for visitation rights. My children are 9 and 8 and only reason he is taking me to court is because he is 4000 behind on childsupport and they are pushing the issue. My kids went to there dads over the summer and when they came back they were hungry. They said there dad's girlfriend was mean to them and wouldn't feed them. We live in two different states. Can they make me send my kids when they dont want to go and when there not being taken care of while they are there?

Yes to the first part of your question. The second part is more difficult to address. If their health is jeopardized and you can prove it,the court might modify the parenting time order.
