At what age does a child have the right, in a court of law to say what parent they want to live with?

A child can NEVER decide where he's going to live.
However, in Indiana, a child at age 14 has a say about where he's going to live, and there's an Indiana statute that specifically addresses that.
What that means is that while the child cannot decide where he'll live, beginning at age 14, what he has to say carries great weight.
